Side By Side: Review

A fantastically made commentary about the transition of film to digital that should be shown to any and every young, aspiring filmmaker. Not only will it fuel they're anticipation to create, it will give them an honest and true outlook on the modern film industry. A documentary that I will cherish for the rest of my days.

Room 237: Review

Room 237 is less of an inquiry on the hidden meanings of The Shining and more along the lines of pointing out weird coincidences that may or may not be intentional. If this film is about anything, it's a study on obsession and the search for a logical connection.

Rust And Bone: Review

The talent and dedication from the actors is apparent, and the film looks beautiful, yet its thematic indecisiveness is caused due to a lack of character and story development. Even so, I was constantly surprised by what this film could do tonally, especially with its unfortunate flaws in the forefront.
